What is Coaching?

Coaching is an active partnership between coach & client that involves:

  • Exploring personality, thoughts, emotions, context and challenges
  • Gaining insight on aspects of the self and behavior that were hidden or misunderstood
  • Healing and integrating parts of the self that are wounded or suppressed
  • Clarifying values, beliefs, goals and purpose
  • Acquiring new knowledge and skills
  • Learning tools and techniques that support unique personality and goals
  • Consciously designing and planning for a fulfilling life
  • Actively engaging in implementing change
  • Reflecting on change and impact

All the above and more take place through mindful conversation and exercises.
