What is Coaching?
Coaching is an active partnership between coach & client that involves:
- Exploring personality, thoughts, emotions, context and challenges
- Gaining insight on aspects of the self and behavior that were hidden or misunderstood
- Healing and integrating parts of the self that are wounded or suppressed
- Clarifying values, beliefs, goals and purpose
- Acquiring new knowledge and skills
- Learning tools and techniques that support unique personality and goals
- Consciously designing and planning for a fulfilling life
- Actively engaging in implementing change
- Reflecting on change and impact
All the above and more take place through mindful conversation and exercises.
